All rates are subject
to seasonal influences - correspondingly to events and holidays like
eastern, christmas e.g. A one night stay is welcome, higher prices
do apply.
NATO members: Bring your VAT forms, we than deduct 19 % on the total
amount !!

A reservation-agreement can be concluded with a fax or written paper
on which the guest and the renter sign the contract. The contract shows
the date of the arrival and departure, number of persons and the price.
In case that you are not able to hold your agreement, please understand,
that we have to invoice a certain cancellation-amount. Subject to the
regulations of DeHoGa (German association of hotels and restaurants)
we will invoice a 80% cancellation fee of the fixed agreement - if we
cannot let the rooms or apartments otherwise. We would therefore recommend,
that you cover an travel-insurance, which will incur the expensdes.
